JOB SUMMARY

Efficiently and effectively prepares and serve food to customers within a fast food facility; including customer transactions, cleaning and stocking working area, while exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Perform job assignments as directed by management
  2. Maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.
  3. Greets customers and takes food orders; provides information about menu items.
  4. Prepares and presents quality products at all times and maintains clean and sanitized equipment and work station including mopping, sweeping, and trash removal.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for upkeep of the facility: cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, stocking and restocking, loading and unloading, and monitoring temperatures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Cleans equipment including work stations, refrigerators, pots, pans, racks.
  2. Remove trash and garbage to designated dumpsters and replace liners.
  3. Wipe and clean all tops of trash bins.
  4. Sweep, mop, wash and keep floors, walls and ceilings free of all stains, grease, and debris.
  5. Clean all carpets and rubber matting.
  6. Maintain and clean grease buckets.
  7. Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product.
  8. Maintain and rinse mop buckets.
  9. Take inventory of products.
  10. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  11. Loads and unloads supply trucks.

Supervisory support to Management in the daily operations of the Company, while exhibiting the skills of a Fast Food Worker by efficiently and effectively preparing and serving food to customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

  2. Count/verify banks for employees on shift and make deposits.
  3. Properly secure Company funds in safe once accurately counted.
  4. Order and receive shipments from vendors.

  6. Count and track inventory by inputting the data into computer applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
  7. Assist with training and development of new hires or with new concepts being introduced.
  8. Advise employees on daily operations.
